- Social Media Management: Content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Video Production: Video editing and creative asset production for ads and social media.
- Digital Infrastructure: Web design, funnel development, and CRM implementation.
- Automation: Setup of business-process automations and SMS/Email marketing systems.
- Reputation Management: Strategies to improve online presence and Google Business Profile optimization.
All services are provided on a consulting basis to help businesses organize and scale their operations through digital systems.
2. Electronic Communications (SMS and Email)

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Fee Structure
Our services have a two-part pricing structure:
- Setup Fee (One-time): A non-refundable initial investment required to begin your project. This covers infrastructure installation, configuration, and initial setup work.
- Retainer Fee (Monthly): An ongoing monthly fee for management, optimization, and continuous support services. Billed in advance on the 1st of each month.
3.2 Payment Schedule
Specific payment terms and deposit requirements will be detailed in your individual service agreement or invoice.
3.3 Third-Party Costs
You are responsible for paying all third-party costs directly, including but not limited to:
- Advertising spend (paid directly to Meta, Google, etc.)
- Domain registration and web hosting fees
- Software subscriptions and licenses
MBCC Solutions LLC does not finance or advance advertising costs on behalf of clients.
4. Refund Policy
No Refunds. Due to the digital and consulting nature of our services, all fees are non-refundable once the project has been initiated. Upon payment of the initial deposit, work begins immediately, including but not limited to: research, strategy development, content creation, technical setup, and resource allocation.
5. Service Timeline and Results
Results Expectations (90-Day Phase): Marketing and digital infrastructure are long-term investments. You acknowledge that a minimum of 90 days (the "Optimization Phase") is typically required to fully implement systems, gather sufficient data, optimize algorithms, and achieve consistent results.
Although we work quickly, we do not guarantee instant results. We advise clients to commit to this process for at least 90 days to see the true ROI of the system. Services are provided month-to-month, and you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice, but early cancellation may prevent the system from maturing.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 MBCC Solutions Ownership
All proprietary methodologies, strategies, templates, processes, frameworks, and systems developed by MBCC Solutions LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of MBCC Solutions LLC.
6.2 Client Deliverables
Upon full payment, you will own the specific deliverables created exclusively for your business (e.g., final video files, website content). However, the underlying templates, code libraries, and methodologies remain the property of MBCC Solutions LLC.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, supply requested content/assets promptly, and make payments on time. Delays caused by failure to meet these responsibilities may impact project timelines without liability to MBCC Solutions LLC.
8. Limitation of Liability
MBCC Solutions LLC provides consulting and implementation services to the best of our abilities. However, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or lead volumes. Marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and client follow-through.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MBCC Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your business operations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
